Over the decades, the founder of Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh has been improving the recipe of their very own Bak Kut Teh and on the 1st December of 1977, with only seven workers, Mr Ng Siak took over the Bak Kut Teh business from his father upon his retirement and began serving the improved recipe which have enhanced the aroma of pepper in the soup and at the same time, retained many of the traditional flavours that people have always loved. read more »
