As simple as the name may sound, this dish is actually irresistible and will definitely send your mouth watering. Waters, mountains, clear open skies! Taroko National Park is one of the most raved about national parks in Taiwan! Besides its lush greenery and near-perfect scenery, it is also home to a number of attractions within the park. These include the beloved Swallow Grottos (燕子口) and Wenshan Hot Spring (文山溫泉). A Singapore-born Taiwan artiste, Stella Huang (黄湘怡) owns the pastry shop which sells all sorts of chocolate cake ranging from blackcurrant chocolate cake, ice-cream chocolate cake to strawberry chocolate cake. Though the cakes are delicious, they are slightly pricey. read more »
