Established in July 2005, the Skyjump at Macau Tower is a thrilling jump off the outer rim of Macau Tower, taking its guests on a 20 second flight over the breathtaking cityscape of Macau. Jumpers will experience the feeling of flying as they leave the platform that is 233m above ground, going at a speed of 75 kilometres per hour before slowing down to a comfortable landing speed while descending. Skyjump is based upon the principle of 'fan descenders', the very same technology employed in skydiving training and used for dramatic aerial stunts in Hollywood movies.
