Nestled in the Metropolitan Bangkok, Nahm is a restaurant opened by David Thompson, famed for his award-winning nahm restaurant in London. The credentials of David Thompson are impressive, having earned the first ever Michelin star for a Thai restaurant in Europe in 2001, and also published several defining compendiums of Thai cuisine. The design of Nahm is exquisite, with polished wooden tables and comfortable cream-hued chairs combined with stepped Ayutthaya-inspired pillars combining to create a relaxed, contemporary space. Food served in Nahm are painstakingly research recipes gleaned from Thai memorial books and Thompson's own travels, and only top-notch ingredients are used. Items on the menu include a variety of rich Thai cuisines, as well as a colourful array of Thai deserts, as well as a wine menu.
