Spanning an area of 12 Rais, Underwater World Pattaya is the most modern ocean acquarium in Asia with its 100-meter-long, 6.4-centimeter-thick acrylic pedestrian tunnel through an underwater environment filled with dozens of marine species. Underwater World Pattaya is home to more than 2,500 marine animals, made up of over 200 different species from Thailand itself, as well as other rare creatures brought in from other countries across the world. Some of the various species of marine life at Underwater World Pattaya are eagle rays, sharks, freshwater fishes, eels and otters.
Visitors can interact with marine animals at the shallow 'Touch Pool' area before proceeding through the underwater tunnel that is divided into 3 zones, namely the 'Reef Zone', 'Sharks and Rays Zone' and 'Shipwrecks Zone'.
