Located on the Highway 101 with a left turn before entering the Amphoe Muang, Nan National Museum is a museum that reveals the history and culture of Nan. Founded in 1974, the building's architecture combines European architectural style with Nan local architecture. Once the residence of the Nan royal family, the Nan National Museum boasts of an impressive collection featuring beautiful wood and bronze Buddha images, house models, ceramics, textiles, jewelry and more, allowing visitors to learn about tribal ways of life and culture.
