Gongzheng Steamed Bun Shop is a famous bun store that operates 24 hours a day. Unlike other bun shops, the steamed buns are made on the spot. Therefore the buns are fresh! The reason why this store is so famous is because the steamed bun has a thin outer layer and an abundance of the juicy filling. in addition, the distinctive filling leaves a fragrant after-taste. They also sell other snack varieties, such as 'xiaolong bao' (小籠包), steamed dumpling (蒸餃), hot-and-sour soup/noodle (酸辣湯/麵) and cold/hot soya bean curd (冰/熱豆漿).
