Tagaytay City which is about 60 kilometres south of Manila, the Philippines capital, has a total land area of 66.1 square kilometres. Up to the late 1990s, people go to Tagatay City to experience its year round cool climate and the Taal Volcano, surrounded by the blue waters of Taal Lake and majestic mountains, is quite definitely a sight to behold. Another attraction is the exclusive Highlands in Tagaytay’s northern part where golf, cable cars and world-class dining and accommodation can be enjoyed. With the splendid view the mountains have to offer, it is no doubt an ideal site for weddings and conventions. Slightly similar to the popular destination Cameron Highlands in Malaysia, Tagaytay City is also a possible holiday destination for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
