A much raved about hotpot restaurant, Ding Wang Spicy Hotpot Restaurant is a restaurant not to be missed for fans of all things spicy. With its hotpots all served in elegant metal pots there are pretty huge in size, it is a good location for a family dinner. Each table in Ding Wang Spicy Hotpot Restaurant has a plate card that explains how to eat the spicy hotpot for maximum enjoyment, including tips like what hotpot ingredients should be put into the pot. The menu offers a huge range of hotpot ingredients, including sliced white pork, prime beef, squid, fishballs, mushrooms and fried dough sticks, as well as a mixed variety of handmade dumplings. Ding Wang Spicy Hotpot Restaurant also offers free refills of the soup, pickled cabbage and duck's blood. Apart from the hotpot ingredients, even their white rice is well cooked, making it a delicious accompaniment to the hotpot. The service here is also impeccable, with the waitresses bowing almost 90-degrees every time they serve the diners.
