A naturally formed harbour, the Victoria Habour has long been a key trading port in Hong Kong since its time as a British colony. Today, it is well known for its spectacular view of the Hong Kong Island. At night, the harbour comes alive with the Symphony of Lights--for 10 minutes every night, buildings on both sides of the harbour will light up with extensive decorative lights and music displays. Near the harbour is the Avenue of Stars (modeled after Hollywood's Walk of Fame) which features the handprints and autographs of illustrious figures in the Hong Kong's film industry.
